Meeting began at 7:36pm at Loma Vista Elementary by BG Sick, President.

The September Board meeting minutes was approved and recorded by Angela McKeown , Secretary.

President Report by BG Sick: Mike Hernandez brought up an issue in regards to field supervision at  home  game days. Do the coaches, assistant coaches, team rep, or team parent take the role of supervision during game days. BG stated that we will be having a designated person to be a field supervisor during game days. Set up and take down schedule: BUSC Goals are locked and positioned at the CHS soccer fields. The locks are a combination number that will be issued to each Head Coach and each team will be responsible for goal nets & flags when setting up the fields. These items are located in the BUSC shed.  The BUSC purchased new goal bags for the U10 division.

2010 Tryout dates windows for U14 Girls: February 1 – July 12, 2010.

Treasurer Report by Beth Romig, VP Administration: Bank Account #1 Tri Counties Bank Account for September  2009 ending balance = $23,190.91.  Bank Account #2: September 2009 ending balance = $2630.25. Treasurer report was approved and recorded by Angela McKeown, Secretary.

Registrar Report by Cindy Sick: All registration fees are completed.

New Business:

By-Laws & Constitution Review Time Line. 10/20/09 – Send out revised By-Laws and Constitution to Board of Directors and Team Reps for review and comments; put draft copy on BUSC web site. 11/20/09 – All feedback due; compile final draft document with suggestions from Board. 12/1/09 – Revised documents are due to BUSC President. 12/8/09 – Board Meeting; hand out finalized documents and email to those not present. 2/9/09 -  AGM, vote on new By-Laws and Constitution.

Nomination for Coaches will be in December 2009 and approved in January 2010.
